Returns Policy.

When returning your item(s), please bare in mind we do not cover the postage to return this back to us, IF you use a free shipping code when placing your order and decide to return the order in full, £3.99 will be deducted from the total. 

Please use our "Returns Form" on our website to arrange a return, we aim to respond within 48 hours with our returns address and a brief description on how to return.

We have a 2 week returns policy. Your 2 weeks starts on the date you have received your parcel from Blitz.

We aim to process your return within 48 hours, excluding weekends., your store credit code will be credited to your account, to access this please enter the email you used on your previous order at check out.

From the 1st of November 2023, Blitz Boutique only offer refunds in the form of STORE CREDIT. This goes for both full price and sale items.

Please note, items that are purchased through a lucky dip, mystery bag or any other games night are non returnable, Blitz Boutique hold the right to refuse and reject any returns that do not meet requirements.

When you return your item please be mindful that your item could be going to a new owner, so please return in the manor of which you'd like to receive it, such as;

Tags Still Attached, No Sign Of Wear (fake tan marks, deodorant, stains etc), and a distinguishable smell such as sweat, odour, smoke or perfume.

on the rare occasion your item/s doesn't meet requirements, the returns costs back to yourself will need to be covered, Blitz Boutique does not cover this.

Any giveaway or won goods MUST be returned if you are returning your order in full, if this is not complied to, the price of the giveaway item will be deducted from your total refund. 

Blitz Boutique hold no responsibility if any returns parcels do go missing on the way back to us, this is up to the sender to contact the courier used to see a refund, we cannot refund for any items not in our possession.
