Shipping policy
Due to our high volume of orders Blitz Boutique experience, please give 1-3 days for your order to be despatched. Once despatched by Blitz Boutique, Royal mail aim to deliver (second class) within 3-5 working days. However, from time to time Royal mail can experience delays, so please give up to 10 days for your order to arrive. Blitz Boutique cannot control post and have no control over delivery times.
If Royal Mail fail to deliver within their expected delivery times (10 days) Blitz Boutique will refund your order and a claim with royal mail will be sent off.
PLEASE NOTE
Blitz Boutique keep track of everyones reference numbers via the Royal Mail Drop & Go and have access to view when and where orders got signed for and delivered.
Unfortunately, as Blitz Boutique have received untruthful customers in the past, we are now no longer able to send off a claim with Royal Mail if it is shown as "Delivered", if this is the case, a claim will have to be dealt with on the customer receiving end. Blitz Boutique are NOT responsible for any orders marked as "delivered" when a customer is claiming to have not received.
