After you placing your an order, you will receive an email from us, this email is a confirmation to acknowledge that we have received your order, you will then receive a further email to confirm that your order has been despatched.
Orders CANNOT be cancelled once placed, the Blitz Boutique team work around the clock to fulfill orders and despatch them within 1-3 days s of your order being placed
Refunds are ONLY in the form of a returned product. we do NOT bank transfer refunds, these are strictly only refunded into your original payment method, this does NOT affect your statutory rights.
We accept returns of full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and un damaged products. Items that are included in lucky dips, mystery bags and games nights are non returnable/exchangeable/refundable. Blitz boutique hold the right to reject a return if it doesn't meet the requirements.

You as a customer, are responsible for filling out the correct address form with our easy checkout page, your order will be sent to the address provided and can only be changed if notified before your order is wrapped. Blitz Boutique are not responsible for any parcels sent to the incorrect address.
Please note that items are subject to our availability and on the off chance our website can oversell or take 2 orders at the same time. If an item is mistakenly out of stock or oversold for any unforseen reason, you will immediately be notified and a full refund will be given.
We reserve rights to REFUSE an order if we deem it to be necessary, such as being unable to obtain an unauthorised payment, an error in the product information, such as price or promotion, suspecting fraudulent activity, if we are unable to supply you with an item in these circumstances, we will inform you of this over EMAIL only.

Prices on items may vary, increase/decrease from time to time without notice, this may be an increase in manufactoring/factory prices and from no gain of our own. However, this does not and will not effect orders that have already been placed or despatched.
The price of the item(s) you purchase on our website includes VAT at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible for as a business. However, the price of the items on our website does NOT include shipping/ delivery charges.
