Returns Policy;

When returning your item(s) please bare in mind we do not cover the postage to return this back to us. IF you used a free shipping code when placing your order and decide to return your full order, £3.99 will be deducted from the total.

Please use the 'Contact us' form on the website to arrange a return. Your form will be answered to within 48 hours with the full returns address and any other information needed.

We have a 2 week return policy. your 2 weeks starts on the date you receive your item.

All Returns are processed on a Monday and your store credit code will be sent to the email used on the 'contact us' form

From the 1st of November 2023 Blitz boutique will be only offering refunds in the form of STORE CREDIT. This goes for both full price and sale items.

Items that are purchased through a lucky dip/mystery bag/ or any games night are non returnable or exchangeable, Blitz boutique hold the rights to reject any items that do not meet requirements.

When returning your item, please be mindful that your item could be possibly going to a new owner, so please return in the manor you'd like to receive it, such as;

• Tags Still Attached

• No sign of wear, such as fake tan marks, deodorant, stains, etc.

• Distinguishable smell such as sweat, odour, smoke or perfume.

On the rare occasion your item/s isnt approved you will have to pay the returns postage back to you and it will be held untill we receive payment. 

Any giveaway or won goods MUST be returned if you are returning your order in full, if this is not complied to, the price of the giveaway item will be deducted from the total.

Blitz boutique hold no responsibility if any return parcels do go missing on the way back to us. this is up to the sender to contact the courier used to seek a refund, Blitz boutique cannot refund any item not received.
